Migrant Mother

I think that the mother is scared of what might happen to her children and her not having any food for them because of the Great Depression

  1. I agree she does look scared and so do her children. I can't imagine what it must have been like to live during the Great Depression.

  3. I'm thinking that this photo would fit into what life was like in our book "Bud, Not Buddy". Think about the thoughts of all of those people in the breakfast line.

  4. I think that she's thinking about what job she should get. And how she's gonna provide for her kids.
